    I was curious, has Eircom ever actually inquired to back up it's statement:
    "The Irish people don't want this service."

    I doubt it has...
    If not, then isn't Eircom speaking on our behalf?
    Are we in this case; being told what we do, and do not want?

    Perhaps it's that most people are uninformed as to there own situation, thusly: They do not care?

    If a doctor doesn't tell you, you have cancer. It will continue to rage throughout your system, and do more damage.

    Sorry to burst your bubble, but im still of the opinion that in general the irish people dont give a toss about the service.

    Of course that would change if they were actually offered the service.
