Right, in what can only be discribed as a "bull****" module I am doing a course in vectors at college.

Does anyone know of a good (free) vectors program that I could use to model some questions (intersecting vectors, vector addition etc.)

err if your refering to linear algebra.. its pretty damn important if you end in any way dealing with graphics.

model some questions? just use the two or three equations, dot product, cross product etc. **** easy.

Bit wierd that you dont have maple in college. Maple with the linalg module is good for vectors and stuff. Tis not free, but it should be installed on some of the machines in college.

Kali's right, this stuff is really basic and you can't understand graphics without understanding vectors.
You can probably get most of the equations out of any good 6th year maths book.
