Has anyone got any really usefull tips?

my favourites are:


1. Type a word in the address bar ('google' for example) and then hit ctrl+enter. It adds www. and .com itself, saving you lots of typing.

2. If you have the google search bar installed, type a word in the search bar and hit shift+enter - the search opens in a new window.

3. Hit ctrl+n to open a new internet window.

4. Shift+click on a link to open the link in new window.

if yore annoyed with 'links' option appearing in your favourites and no matter how many times you delete the damn thing, it comes back. all you have to do is right-click on 'links' and select hidden from the attributes. gone.

yup but u can also set it as an option in the google tool bar it self

I use these ones most

F5 is refresh and ctrl+f5 is hard refresh if u think a page is not updating

backspace is BACK and shift+backspace is forward

esc is 'stop'

space = page down
shift+space = page up
