Mobile phones and MsN

Is it possible to get mobile phones here in Ireland to work with MsN? I'd like to be able to get E-Mails sent straight to my phone via Hotmail but when I try to sign up, I get the to the choose service provider page and I can't procede any farther. Is it just not possible to use the service in Ireland??
