Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Remember kids - you too can prevent yourselves from ever having to see any of Typedef's tripe by clicking "Profile" under one of his posts and then clicking "Add Typedef to my Ignore list" in the blue bar, on the bottom right!

Pass this on to all your friends. Remember, if you don't put typedef on ignore, bad things will happen. Shirley from Nebraska failed to ignore typedef and got hit by a bus a few days later! Richard from Ballybay was so distraught by something he saw while not ignoring Typedef, he caught his knob in the zip of his trousers and had to have it amputated!

Testimonies from previous Typedef ignorers :-

"I put typedef on ignore and a week later I won the lotto!" - Stephen from Kilkenny

"I put typedef on ignore and a week later my arm grew back" - Niall from Dublin

"Since putting Typedef on ignore, I've found envelopes stuffed with money under my bed every morning!" - Rob from London

This has been a public service announcement on behalf of YOUR SANITY

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,626 ✭✭✭smoke.me.a.kipper

"ive had Typedef on my ignore list for 2 weeks now, and ive become 28.3% more attractive. I'd reccommend it to anyone!" - Ciaran from Tipperary

Someone quote Shinji... I have him on ignore.

    Smart, eh?

Yeah, it says "This person is on your Ignore List. To view this post click [here]" - just like it says for me whenever you post, Typedef, coincidentally ;)

    har har

More testimonials: (taken from IRC sessions)

"I got saggy man breasts when I lost my testicles to cancer... now that I'm ignoring Typedef, I'm learning to take it one day at a time. I'm not there yet- but I'm getting there ... thanks to the Typedef Ignorance Proliferation Programme Syndicate (TIPPS)"

"I used to kill everything in sight... nothing in a 2 mile radius was allowed to live. Not even bacteria. Now that I'm ignoring typedef, I'm learning to control my furious homicidal rage and have taken up needlecraft. Thank you TIPPS!"

Wow... I have always said that I would never add someone to my ignore list quite simply because if you can't see a post from a thread how can you understand the whole conversation... Now I realise Typedef breaks known reasoning and throws it out the window.. Added and happier for it..

[Edit]Oh yeah, and I also hope to make it to this prestigous event[/Edit]

If you bitches think you're pulling a Boston on me guess again.
I think your best shot will be to whinge to Dev or Cloud if you want me out of here else I suggest you pucker up, but please feel free to attempt to hound me in the same fashion.... between now and then, be sure I will be loosing sleep in fear of the ubiquitous bitchery.

    Hugs

"ubiquitous was Word of the Day on February 20, 2000."

Wow, youve been going there a while kiddo, keep up the good work.

I love the way you wade into a thread, obviously looking for trouble, with:
cyberfisting.... is this like the bitch click's secret handshake?
and will you bitches be able to find one between you?

and then have the audacity to say that people are ganging up on you? lol.
Your trolling is so weak now it has ceased to become entertaining. Congrats on being the first person to actually make it to my ignore list.

I was bursting out with laughter reading this thread on my Nokia 5110 on the DART ...

Yes, - I read it on WAP (all 42 pages/cards of it!)... I was bored, and Typedef's muppetry and the reaction to it cheered me up no end :)

    Hooray...!

(Looks like I'll be at the pishup, btw...)

Don't forget folks - I'll be there celebrating my 24th Birthday which happens 3 days prior to the big event itself. Therefore, people must buy me pints and/or perform sexual favours for/on me - it's the LAW! Jebus, I'm getting on in years - it's scary...

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to it - the last boards.ie pissup I was at was...
oh yeah, last week here in Galway :) But I haven't been to one in Dublin in ages, so yeah, that's why I'm looking forward to it ;)

Ah sure I'll meet him soon enough. I'm quite looking forward to it.

Anyway fags Macturcaills is now booked under my name (Niall O' Riordan) when ye arrive just say ye're looking for our group if ye don't know any of us and they'll point you our way.

If any of you want food can ye contact me and I'll arrange platters with the manager on the night. Platters are around 30 quid each and would feed 10-15 ppl I suppose.
