ITV and Channel4 - Fortuitous Reception

if this doesn't deserve another thread close it. NTL give a digital feed to these channels. how is that fortuitous reception? it is a load of ********. keep emailing these channels especially Channel 4 as they are giving the impression that they are not interested when UTV are saying that they want to be on our EPG's
