56k flat rate?

UTV internet does not do it in the rtepublic right now,i don't think anybody does it,do they? it would be very welcome especially for people who just want the basic needs at a very cheap price its always an option to go from 56k to broadband,but installation will be a killer for those less off!!

Noone offers any sort of flate rate apart from:
those still on Esats Surf No Limits

Ntl, who offer weekend only flat rate dialup for all -or- Full Flate rate if you live within thier 'upgraded areas' (a few areas of South West Dublin)

I would suggest you look at www.irelandoffline.org for more on the campaign for unmetered access in ireland.
