WEBCAM: Quick recommendation needed

    I want to buy a web cam today (in an hour or two) and am looking for something decent at a good price (say €60 - €85 -ish)

    Anyone have any recommendations?

    Must be decent quality and be capable of 320x240 (or higher res) video display/recording.

    FPS aren't great with a 56K Bard.

    I've got a Creative Webcam Plus....goes up to 640x480.
    Video recording are massive cos I've no compression......but it does teh job.....
    If your running XP, get teh latest drivers etc...

    Ah well...

    I'm not too worried about how it performs with the web, tbh...

    I ended up spending €115 and got the Logitech QuickCam Pro 3000.

    Nice little piece of kit it is, - 30fps, 640x480 video, nice and sharp, excellent quality. Quite happy with it.

    I'm really thinking about changing my own cam...so plz do tell where you purchased teh Logitech cam Bard.
    AFAIK, they always had a good rep for qualty products
