    Would I be correct in saying that IOL are charged an initial 4 or 5 pence by Eircom for every dial up?

    In which case....connect....disconnect....connect....disconnect....connect....disconnect....ETC. ETC.

    yea on average over an hour, but the first 11 minutes is bought in bulk, so if he does what hes say,in about 10 minutes he will coast esat over an hour in eircom charges
