egg flipper thingy

what do you call the utensil that flips eggs? like a frying utility with a flat end. looks like a fly swat bnt out of shape :) its not a spatula, but know one has ever given me a name for it. just out of curiousity, and boredom....

When you're frying a nice side of trout in the pan (or even Donegal Catch) it's damn handy for turning the fish, and you can 'slice' the fish with it (well, at least with ours).
Has other uses too
