Well the aviation minister was beaten to death already, and someone just had a pop at the Defence minister.

Four bystanders died. As you will also see, International peace keepers also come under attack. It also warns about militants revising their tactics, perhaps putting more emphasis on "terrorist" activities rather than conventional/ guerilla warfare. Do you think the UK public will get cranky if Royal Marines start coming home in bags?

I dont think so,Public opinion is pretty much fully behind the war in afganistan.Intresting thing was the rocket attack took place as the defence minister was heading for talks on eliminating heroin/poppy production.

    There's something about it here.

They quote an Afghan offical as saying al-Qa'ida were involved. Although a news report I saw last night were blaming drug barons. It's hard to know in a country like that, everyone seems to have vendettas against everyone else.
