boards.ie homepage refresh?

Is there anyway tho make the www.boards.ie refresh every 10/20 seconds or so? This is not an issue, just wondering. What I mean is instead of having to refresh to see if there are any new posts it automatically does it anyway. Cheers

You could always try using the boards.ie ticker as describe here
