    As best I know. Perhaps contact the returning officer in your local area (appointed by local authority) to check.

    This appears to tbe the bill repealing deposits

    ELECTORAL (AMENDMENT) BILL, 2002

    But it appears to still be at the early stages of adoption and has not as yet become law.

    It appears you will need either (a) a certificate from a political party or (b) 30 unique nominations.
