    Can anyone give me information on the ntl flat rate service

    Its only flat rate at weekends. All other times you are charged per minute as normal.

    If you live in a two way cabled area (a few areas in south-west Dublin) they offer full flat rate. In these areas they also offer quite cheap cable modem access, so your better off going for that.

    Give them a ring to find out if your in the right area.

    AFAIK, they no longer accept new customers to their full flat rate service.
