Personal Planner Question

    Quick question for ya....

    How do you forceably remove a personal planner reminder that doesn't want to be removed ??

    Normally, you just highlight it and hit yellow.

    But with this one, it has a screwed up date/time, and when I go to delete it, a box pops up saying "press select to remove this box office item". Pressing select has no effect. (and its not a box office item - it is a regular Sky One program).

    Tried powering off and unplugging, but no effect.

    Any suggestions??

    I think to get rid of this you have to unplug the box => remove your card => power it back on again => unplug it again => put viewing card back in => power box on.
