it worked for some people
maybe they were connecting at the right time's
because SNL was being tested at the time for ISDN so I suppose the people got lucky connecting with it
I suppose if you still have ISDN you could try yourself

no definatly not, and definatly not now

although i do remember a couple of threads a few months back where people were able to connect at 64k on an isdn line, it must have been just a trial.
