What good is broadband if the p 75 can't even handle it
For an adverage web page to load, it would be quicker with the 28bps, as the p 75 would take at least a minute to assemble th webpage on the hd

P75 with broadband. Set it up as a light-weight router in my house and use my original computer to connect to it over my in-house LAN.

Although the question is retarded, as if you have a decent browser on the P75 your computer will fall over. The 28.8 will probably be quicker.

Heh, I was gonna say that yeah :)
Still, I know what I'd rather have.
And like has been said already... what the hell can you do on a 75MHz machine?!
I'd say you could just about use IRC and browse the boards... forget about online gaming, forget about live rich media streaming.
At least with a P4 you could do cool things offline.
In fact, screw it.. just sell the P4 and go on a sunshine holiday, God knows us nerds could use a bit of sun.
