    As far as i know there is none.
    In the UK there is the Barry Bookables crap ping,Blue yonder not to bad Ea official servers (4) great ping if only 16 ppl on it .
    I am basing this on a 56k.
    try this server i use it all the time and i get 200 to 300 its capped at 20 ppl only 8 public slots so its never full.

    Just dont join personal servers only Dedicated and you should be ok for ping.
    I think Mohaa lost the G2 server poll.
