I would start by trying all the small companies who build their
    own boxs ie.quicktec
Or even ask in the college ,they probably take on summer staff
    for lite admin work
You can also get a list of the tech companies ,addresses , phone
numbers etc from the IDA , which i used to use for summer work
just give em all a call , saying its for work experiance and hopefully one of em will give you a job.
Id also see if you could find out , whos moving in to the new
tech buildings in Knocknacarra , Im sure they would love a extra
person to help setting their new LANS and configing their new
    setup..

    just some thoughts
    BEst of luck

    Yeah, I'll give that a shot :)

New tech buildings you say? where abouts?

I've worked in a R.E.P.S. office for a summer before, data entry, alot of paperwork, forging signatures... ;)
I'm also pretty damn competent with computers, and can network stuff at a decent level, though that's an area I'd really like more experience in, especially the software side.
I've applied in Compustorea llready, and was about to apply in Quicktec or one of the other places in Galway, but in the middle of exams now. Going to go hunting for an email for them soon.
    Thanks lads.
