    He's in Colombia as it happens.

    No more than the rest of us, they're not on call 24*7*365

    (I'm not a Fianna Failer by nature but feel it fair to point out that it's not an official government trip and the taxpayer isn't getting billed for it)

    The Communications (Regulation) Bill, 2002, has been passed by the Dáil and will be sent to the Seanad. Discussion went on from from 15:00 to 18:15. Dangger, Vinnyfitz, and I were present.

    I will write up a report and post it to a new thread shortly.
