have a look at www.galwayadvertiser.ie and go to the job section, it is in pdf format so u can view or download. Seems to be a good bit of work in pubs at the minate

I heard the clybaun hotel are looking for people, its the new one in knocknacarra.
id also try some all the ones around Quay st ( front door , buskers , tir na nog , ....) one of them is bound to want someone with the summer coming and all
