ok, not sure if this is the place to post this Q,

i'm looking for a site that has the easting and northing locations of heritage sites around ireland, well, mainly tipperary. for example the easting and northing of a castle or celtic cross, stuff like that.

I downloaded a database from Duchas ,it has the information i need but the site location is by townland name..... i need the location by town/village or even road would be good...
Duchas supplies the easting and northing but it can be a bit vauge at times and the database records often overlap.....

so if anyone can help it would be great....

OS survey maps for the region would be the way to go. If memory serves me correctly you can view them in their offices in the phoenix park.

Try the County Development plan for your area (N or S Tipp).
