Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone catch RTEs new political 'satire' ??

I loved the Blizzard of Odd, but wasn't impressed with this.

Pretty dire, in my opinion. Very hit and miss. Some of it was just not funny at all.

Pat Short was funny. The rest really were not at the races. Is it a series?

I thought that Pat Shortt sketch was awful. Not funny at all (he can do much better!).

Mind you, I only saw about three quarters of the show, so apologies if he did a funny sketch at the start!

Anyway, it looks like a series, alright.
And they wanted to increase the license fees ??

I thought it was alright could have been funnier given the talent involved, to much of your man from the blizzard of odd.

They prehaps should have had another presenter with him, may be copied the 11 o clock show.

Anyone else miss Iain and Daisy. (Thumb bandits and Does Doug Know?)

Crap comedy from RTE!?!?!!? No one saw that coming! Although I did laugh once at Pat Shortt: "The Taliban wouldn't use this".

In fact I knew it was going to be crap the minute I saw there was a studio audience.

Does Pat Short only have one character?

Colin Murphy was deeply disappointing, the man is capable of so much more and the format of the show is tired and hackneyed.
