win2k machine auto shuts dwon - why ?

my win2k pc keeps autoshutting down after a few minutes of inactivity. Havnt a clue why any ideas any1?

right click the background (desktop).

Select properties.

Select screen saver tab.

Click the "Power..." button.

Change the System Standby to "Never"

Click OK.
