Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yes it would, and probably not something that should happen just yet. I've banned crano as most of his other posts werent exactly polite either. Could be a temp ban if he's willing to grow up.

Dr Seagull, you're new around here, welcome to boards.ie. We have a history of doing childish things to childish people, it keeps us mostly muppet free. We protect boards fairly savagely though this was just a dumb post by a dumb person.

I banned him because as soon as someone brings themselves to my attention I do a search through their back posts and see if its a single instance of them being stupid or of they make a habit of it. He was being a pain in the ass in his short stay here and certainly more trouble then he was worth. Hence he got booted.
Its a question of "what does this person bring to the community" versus "how annoying are they", basically.
