stoping users changeing there Lan and internet options settings

Hi, Does anyone know howto disable the internet options box, or the LAN settings in the connection dialog box in IE 5+ . A registry hack would be great but it would seem google is unable to provide me with an awnser! Some pesky users keep changing the options and are getting access to the internet , when they shouldnt be.…

Policy editor and internet.adm should do the trick. Of course you would then need to know how to build policies and implement them.
