Your better off using http://www.budgettelecom.ie/ so. You don't need a callcard, it's an account for your mobile number that you can top up using premium rate via your landline or however you want, then you have access from your mobile tru their platform using freephone. You can also earn extra top ups in your account by using the 0700 numbers, every time someone calls you on it you get I think something like 3p a min into your account and it doesn't cost the caller any more.
