I'm sorry to inform you that there are further delay's expected due to
transmitter problems. It would be unfair of me to give a date as I am
awaiting a callback to inform me of the next release date. I

I gave them a call this morning and they told me that the kilkenny area is digital in 2 weeks and powernet will follow closely.
now i dont know how reliable this info is but powernet is close.

    nope.
this is pretty much the time they told me kilkenny would have digital and the last time i called them was january so i will trust them as the urban part of kilkenny has digital and my area is pretty close in MMDS terms.
this is all i have to hang onto joe22 so i will ignore your sceptisism.

Just want to let you know that chorus do have their digital & powernet system rolled out in some areas.. im just outside limerick and im getting digital installed tommorrow morning, powernet was available earlier in the week when we ordered the digital tv aswell, but i will be prolly getting it after my lc instead.

Just to let you all know that there is hope, and they are expanding their systems, although possibly not as fast as some of you would like.

Rookie.. yanklink or something has Powernet and has posted his opinions on it a few times on various threads about Powernet, search them if you want somebodies opinion who actually has the service.

We had someone in yesterday about this. Told us 'maybe six months' for Powernet in Dublin.

    Yeah right.

Then she had the neck to try and sell us a 128K leased line wireless thing for the guts of £10k. Spare me.
