Well i didnt, and installed it on a work pc.

This spyware programme is dangerous, and i think virus like.
    It potentially compromises network
The most sneaky thing is is you just uninstall it, it sneaks back on.

Apparenty it is somewhere it the long tedious license agreement, but can be uninstalled without affecting Kazaa.

More info, and uninstall instructions here

I thought /everyone/ knew that Kazaa installed spyware... :)

So what does everything think of Nikki Hemming, the CEO of Sharman Networks, who just came out of the closet (in a manner of speaking)? Cute, eh?

    a) if your the type of person that runs kazaa then your opening up your pc to a lot more than market research.
    b) there are things called firewalls. use them.

on this topic, divx 5.0 installs the lovely gator spyware program btw.. delete the program files/divx??/divx codec/ directory.. its not needed anyway.
