Goto www.hostsearch.com and try there. But I can't recomend www.readyhosting.com enough. You pay 100 a year and get the following.

PHP, ASP, CFM, SQL 2000, Unlimited DSN's, CGI, 500mb space, Very good stats program, unlimited pop accounts as well.

You will find with most free hosts that there CGI is horrible you cant check logs for errors or even sometimes cant change permissions!

ya the survers are full ,, but fear not new servers are going online on the 29th of this month. any was i like www.f2s.com as its damm good.... so just wait a fews days then you can get ur account at f2s.com

I'm not sure if CGI is supported but you could try brinkster.com I know they do ASP. Then there is www.cfm-resources.com they do php,cfm and asp

Fair enough if you use all three for separate sites, but otherwise that's just greedy.
