TV-in and TV-out

OK, want to get a video card with tv in and tv out capability. I saw this on www.overclockers.co.uk : http://www.ati.com/na/pages/products/pc/aiw_radeon/index.html anybody got any suggestions???

The All-In-Wonder Radeon is a really nice card; for a bit more 3D power, go for the Radeon 64DDR VIVO (which has less video functionality, but still has perfectly working video in and video out stuff). The only other sensible option on the market is the Matrox Millenium G450 eTV card, which is far less powerful on 3D apps but does do a good job of handling video signals.
