    those prices are like new i want used, i.e. cheaper. 6th planet sounds like a rip off

    and if possible irish prices, we don't use sterling in dublin

    I bought a 19" iiyama for ~£500 from dabs. you might be able to get it for cheaper now.
    shipping was only £15

    Good monitors are expensive.

    I'll sell you a 19" (non trinitron) gateway monitor for £200, it needs slight repairs, as the picture does not cover the whole screen, about an inch missing either side. Thats about the cheapest big monitor you will find. As FergalS says, good monitors are expensive.
