    try changing your ram. AMP had this problem over the weekend and changed ram and sweet as pie now. donkey pron on the big screen....

    Phil: That was it would freze and lock up the comp, it was ages ago, There was a reg fix but nvidia fixed it in their drivers. This is a hole different shabang.

    do you have 512 stick?
    if not, it could just be one of your sticks thats the problem...
    at the end of the day, the thing is to get your system running. anyway im sure you have spare memory around, just swap it out and see how it goes. if you do discover it is memory then you can think about replacing. and flog your one of to some unsuspecting customer smile.gif
