Games cafes?

I need some help for a Russian guy who works for me. Living in town has no clue where to play games (dnc ,nethouse) Does anybody know where the best place for hiom to go is? I know of these places but not where they are. lil help plz . thx kdja Wow 2 questions in the one night.:)

The new Net House on Eustace St. (next door to the IFC) is quite nifty - brand new NEC PCs, free membership at the moment, and the l33test chairs of any cafe.
