new Virus or hoax?

    Hey all,
    i got this e-mail warningme about this virus.
    I'lljust copy and paste the main bit ofthe e-mail here.

    Now sure enough i have this littlefile.
    I opened it just to see and got "bad line command format." Now is this avirus orjust part of windows or something. They never said what it does, and whyits sooooooooooo BAD. seems a bit sus to me. But i'm no expert,

    So what yathink????????
