Need some help/advice

I am currently working on our website with the kind compliments of tinet's free homepages and while it's still very amateur, I'm doin my best to get it polished up/semi-completed before I look at domain name reg....site hosting etc.

I would love to put up a wwwboard but I dont think that's possible on the tinet pages(cgi etc?) I'm not sure whether or not I can put up a simple form with a "submit/send" button.
any ideas please??????

Also where's the best place to have the site hosted when it's finished ( btw this one's damn fast but don't think the college would be too happy:) )
