Isdn flatrate?

with the release of adsl,,is there going to be a flatrate isdn service or even is there going to be a 56k flat rate presumin eircom will do it but does any1 know of such an offer on th horizon????any estimated e.t.a of this? as a lot of uz r stuck from iol no limits?? i would assume that yes there will for those connected to an ISDN enabled exchange.
and 56k for any1 who wants it.

When adsl comes in I very much doubt that telephone 56k will go flatrate.
