E4 Picture Quality

E4's picture quality is pretty bad, and they seriously need to do something about the widescreen switching - the picture is completely distorted.

Here, here. It's like that on digital as well. It keeps flicking between different screen sizes.

A few problems like the picture freezes while the sound continues, it flickers and repeats the previous 5secs, the picture breaks up "digitally" like... on analogue ;\

Ah well, better than TV5 & CNBC anyway.

i second that. the picture is terrible. very snowy and the wide screen thing is real annoying on normal 4:3 ratio tvs. as forthe signal being in mono that is just unacceptable. has anyone complained because it just sucks.
