Anyone know how to make it capture audio direct from the "tv" input without having to loop L/R audio through the soundcard? thanks..

...you can't. The audio signal remains in analog form in the tuner stage and there's no A-to-D hardware on the board for the audio channel. Anyway, the equivalent hardware on your soundcard's probably better...

Yeah, i just hook it up to the front panel on the SB Live.
