K, I'm guessing most eircom triallists who participated in the trials are still trialling until later this month or whatever but for those of you who got dropped in September when you saw the prices I thought you might like to know something.

Even though they took your modem etc. back they will NOT charge you for a modem, installation or connection if you takle up the service as a paying customer. At least that's what I got told over the phone.
