Buyandsell ISP Cork number?

when i signed up to Buyandsell, there were 2 options given: you live in dublin, you use the number 01-blahblha if u live outside dublin u use 1890 927 217 the problem is, 1890 927 217 does not support ISDN, but because buyandsell is the best ISP to the UK, i have to dial dublin to get a ping of 50 on BW. does anyone know if there is any 021 number i could use instead of the 1890 number? i tried phoning the line they have for this but its just on hold the whole time
