being 22 i have never voted in a General Election. i've only voted in Yes/No type things. this time it will be all numbers. could someone please explain how it works because i don't have a clue and i've heard 3 different explanations on what to do

How to vote is explained here while the methid of counting the votes and how votes are transfered is (knda badly) explained here.

If that doesn't help or just confuses you more let us know, and i'll see if i can explain it better.
