Well, its a board to support the community of couriers out there. Those hard working men and women who pedal tirelessly to make sure the post gets through. You can recognise them as they slide down your windscreen...

Its been sparked by the ECMC (http://www.blankspacedesign.com/ecmc/) being hosted by Dublin this year. hopefully afterwards it'll become home to another niche community here on Boards.ie.

    DeV.

This is primarly for couriers but anybody interested in bike related stuff such as traffic and biking as work or as a hobby or is perhaps curious is welcome to post.

You can check up more on bike Messengers at

    or

    http://www.blankspacedesign.com/ecmc/

It is early days yet for the couriers and I hope word of mouth will get them onboard soon.

I hope to get forums such as bike maintence and work suggestions as well as the Dublin Bike Messenger Association.

    Cheers

Cool, maybe they can give us civilian cyclists tips such as "How to avoid getting squashed by an artic on Fairview during rush hour" and similar topics.

Actually, I've no clue about maintenance, and it would be sweet to avoid giving them feckers in City Cycles €40 every month or two :)

    Cheers,
    Al.
