Flashing the BIOS

when flashing the BIOS to upgrade it do you need to flash it for each new bios release or can you just use the latest one? probably a stupid question but i just want to be sure!!

AFAIK you just need the latest one - I flashed a dell laptop from 03 to 13 and didnt need to do all the ones in between
