Lost Outlook PST Passwords

Need Help....

I've got 2 backed up pst files that I need to access but I can't for the life of me remember the password. Does anyone know of a way to regain the password from a pst file or know of a shareware/freeware software that can obtain the password from the pst file ?

All password crackers are dependant on the Dictionary DB that your provide for it.
i have seen programs that generate DB's as they go but you have to pay for them.
if its that important then try Password Crackers

Thanks guys, but I need one where I don't have to pay any money for I've seen a couple of password cracker programs in the links you gave me but you need to purchase them in order for them to crack passwords above 3 or 4 characters.

Any other suggestions ?

I've used the first method successfully in the past as well, the purpose of the excutable was to upgrade the pst from one version of outlook to another(I think it's a couple of years old), it has the side effect of stipping out the password
