Thanks for the recommendation.

Hindley is very clear about the need for an Irish-speaking urban area, and it makes sense to me too. Since there isn't one at present, it would be neccessary to create one. My ideas about how to do this are continuing to evolve. If you or anyone else could state where you feel the practical difficulties lie, I would be happy to have a constructive dialogue via boards.ie
