Looking for reasonable UNIX hosting in .ie

HI,
I am looking for hosting in .ie for about ?100 - 150 Euro a year.I can get dirt cheap hosting in the us with all the features I want but I would prefer an irish host who deals in Euros.

Some of the Irishhosts I've looked at charge an extra ?100 Euro for simple addons like ssh access which I consider standard.

All I want is..
- ssh
- raw apache logs
- php,cgi etc..
- ftp

Anyone know of anyone ? Thanks in advance.
