to force an upgrade, unplug your digibox, as you plug it back in hold the backup button (on the box) for about 10 seconds, you will get message that your software is being updated, this will take about 10 mins, but this will happen over night if you leave your box on,

Why would you need an upgrade,? In other words ,how does an upgrade improve your situation?

The only upgrade worth doing would be if someone had the cleverness to rewrite the OS so the channels not subscribed to are removed from the EPG.
Speaking of OS, has anyone out there got a Nokia9600 with DVB software, its most excellent for non Sky reception.,.,
