Sky still up to the same old trick's

    Sky are really gettin to me to be brutally honest, i know there is big brother forum already open i feel i'd like express my opinions in separate thread.

    They are absolutely gettin out of hand now i am a very big bb fan i have watched both series the first and last season i watched the live feeds on interactive and i didnt have ftv or ever had one. This season all i that comes up in interactive is once again another service is unavailable to the Irish. Now i was infuriated last night to see this banner come up again, so i took it upon myself to ring sky at 10:55 last night and of course they unaware to this problem and would log it but they were almost sure that the service would become available.

    This mornin i woke in hope to see if the live feeds had become available but the banner still read "that the service you have requested is currently unavailable to ROI customers" ans as you could imagine i went nuts. I rang sky once again and spoke to a man and he told me it wasn't workin because it was to down to me not having my phone line connected "silly man". I decided to ring again five minutes later got thru to some other guy and was told he'd have look and put me on hold and seconds later i was consquently disconnected.

    I rang them a third time in sucession and spoke to a woman she put me on hold and went to find some information, she came back on and get this she informed that BBC wont be suppling interractive services to Roi customers, I said BBC they dont broadcast bb its E4, she said oh really i never knew that, " this goes to show that these people just dont have a clue about what goes on the roi service" I proceeded to ask her for the ch4 phone no. so i might get some satisfaction out of them.

    Then i rang ch4 and told them about the situation they informed me it was Sky's fault and they would log my complaint and pass it on to the powers that be.

    This is ridiculous its a serious merry go round one company blaming the other.

    I hope soon sumthin is done cause i am a huge fan and want to watch more than one feed.

    I would imagine that the fault lies with Channel4 rather than Sky.
    Just because E4 is part of the Sky Digital platform does not mean that they constantly police its content.

    If E4 interactive does not work on Irish STB's then thats C4s fault.
    If you are simply not allowed to watch BB interactive then that too is C4's decision and not Sky.

    This is not a silly [/wrong one darren :p] socialism system.
    Sky ony get involved when rules are broken.

    Tis a quite annoying situation alright. Checked E4 this evening only to find the BB section was locked up tighter than a nuns knickers.

    Not that I'm interested in the show or anything but I do take the odd peak in to see whats up (that must be the voyeur in me coming out :D)
