Fecking elec eng students putting the decent, god-fearing, mom and pop, bread and butter data cable sellers out of business.

    :p

I'll bet all these sites are trying to sell you one for about £50 sterling. I got mine online for £15 sterling so keep looking and you might get a bargain. I wanted to make one too but for that price i figured it was worth buying it. Unfortunately i cant remember what the site was cos it was ages ago. If it says anything about mark 1 or mark 2, ignore it. Its just the shape of the battery holder. Look out for fbus mbus and switching. Whatever you do dont get fbus. I'd recommend switching but failing that mbus.

Theres a chip between the pc and the phone. You can probably get it in maplin or peats for a couple of cents though.
